Returns & Exchanges
We are so grateful to have you as a customer of Humble & Grand, it is of utmost importance to us that you are happy with your products and services.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 30 days from your purchase. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracking on all approved returns. Humble & Grand will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
All returns must be approved by Humble & Grand. Before shipping your return, send us an email at shop@humbleandgrand.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included in your return package.
